Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team at Tufts University. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Program-Phoenix, with a focus on student affairs and clinical education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the collection, maintenance, and reporting of student and faculty records, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
  • Manage program documents, databases, and reports, and prepare documents for dissemination.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Student Affairs to ensure student affairs materials are current and aligned with program goals.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and meeting summaries for Office of Student Affairs Committee meetings.
  • Respond to inquiries, handle issues, and provide relevant information to students, faculty, staff, and other constituents.
  • Organize and maintain program files and databases, updating and tracking student, faculty, and program information.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, seminars, lectures, and special events, including planning, venue selection, and audio-visual setup.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and engagements, and maintain the DPT Program-Phoenix calendar system.
  • Assist with exam proctoring during lab immersions and provide guidance and work direction to student and temporary workers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Associate degree and 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
What We Offer

Competitive salary range: $26.70 - $36.80 per hour, based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity.
