Job Summary

Catholic Community Services of Southern Arizona, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Program Coordinator II to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our vocational training programs and community integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with disabilities.
  • Maintain contract documentation and manage day-to-day operations to meet contract standards.
  • Evaluate and coordinate consumer activities to ensure compliance with safety, CARF, and DDD standards.
  • Monitor staff training and collect data to inform program development and improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including support coordinators, residential providers, and guardians.
  • Ensure compliance with OMC and PSC contractual requirements, including secure mail handling procedures and facility compliance processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 years of experience working directly with individuals with disabilities.
  • 2 years of supervisory or job coaching experience.
  • Experience in making independent decisions and judgments.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Secret Security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in American Sign Language.
  • Additional years of directly-related experience.
