Job Title: Program Coordinator

Read Better Be Better is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of our literacy education programs in Phoenix schools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with partnering schools and program coaches
  • Organize materials and resources for the reading program
  • Meet with schools and program coaches to deliver materials and provide support
  • Lead team meetings for program coaches and facilitate team-building activities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in management
  • Valid Arizona driver's license
  • Leadership/supervisory experience
  • Preferred candidates will have experience in the nonprofit and/or education sector
