The primary objective of this role is to consistently meet and exceed personal sales targets to support the store's overall sales and profitability goals. This position also entails delivering exceptional customer service and undertaking additional senior-level responsibilities within the retail environment.
Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive):
1. Drive sales to surpass individual sales targets.
2. Advocate for the Music & Arts lesson initiative.
3. Cultivate business opportunities through networking with educators, community organizations, and places of worship.
4. Build strong customer relationships and deliver persuasive sales presentations based on established sales training.
5. Exhibit exemplary customer service to every patron.
6. Foster customer loyalty.
7. Engage in various aspects of store operations, including merchandising, display setup, and upkeep.
Ensure store security by managing:
- Perimeter door keys
- Register keys
- Personal alarm codes
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Essential Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient knowledge of musical instruments and music notation.
