Job Title: Business Application Specialist I Sales

At DRB Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Application Specialist I Sales to join our team. This role will provide operational support for end users of Business Applications relating to Sales and Customer Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide systematic end-user training and relevant documentation to ensure effective application use.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Sales systems and integrations.
  • Directly and indirectly support all systems, configurations, and business design initiatives relating to Sales.
  • Work closely with assigned divisional personnel to ensure efficient use of Sales and CRM tools.
  • Elevate questions, concerns, and divisional and systematic issues to IT Manager – Business Systems or Vice President of IT for review and resolution.
  • Responsible for software setup, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Coordinate and conduct end-user training, including the production and distribution of video and internet-based training materials.
  • Expected to work and manage projects independently.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products.
  • Experience with Residential Homebuilder sales tools is desirable.
  • Ability to present ideas effectively, orally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
  • Ability to follow through with multiple projects, with minimal supervision, and a high level of accuracy.

Education and Work Experience:

  • College Degree in Information Systems or Business Management OR equivalent combination of education and/or work experience within the residential homebuilding industry.
