Key Responsibilities:
- Pitch Development: Prepare and present pitches, proposals, and client meeting materials, including strategic recommendations and tailored documents.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on companies, industries, and competitors to inform pitches and initiatives.
- Business Intelligence: Gather and analyze intelligence on market trends and explore new business opportunities.
- Cross-Selling Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business development and marketing plans.
- Client Relationship Management: Support key client work and relationship development, including cross-border and cross-departmental initiatives.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute practice-related events, seminars, and briefings to enhance our profile.
- Marketing and Communications: Develop and implement PR and communications strategies to maintain a strong online presence.
- Data Management: Maintain business development and marketing databases, tracking business activities and performance metrics.
- Special Projects: Perform special projects as requested by senior management.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, law, or business.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development or marketing at a peer law firm (Am Law 100 preferred).
- Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting a Financial Restructuring practice group.
