Patient Care Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:- Schedule patients via incoming calls or outbound calling, ensuring a minimum of three service lines (modalities) are covered.
- Check in patients, schedule appointments, answer billing questions, and manage patient medical records for a clinic.
- Work on simple tasks using established procedures and rely on others for guidance.
- Have work reviewed by others and be part of a team that values diversity and inclusion.
- High School Diploma/GED or higher.
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare environment.
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work between 9:00am – 5:00pm CST, Monday - Friday.
- Occasional work on Saturdays as the business requires, from 8:00am – 12:00pm.
- Medical Terminology knowledge.
- Epic experience.
- Effective communication, both written and verbal.
