Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule patients via incoming calls or outbound calling, ensuring a minimum of three service lines (modalities) are covered.
  • Check in patients, schedule appointments, answer billing questions, and manage patient medical records for a clinic.
  • Work on simple tasks using established procedures and rely on others for guidance.
  • Have work reviewed by others and be part of a team that values diversity and inclusion.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work between 9:00am – 5:00pm CST, Monday - Friday.
  • Occasional work on Saturdays as the business requires, from 8:00am – 12:00pm.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Medical Terminology knowledge.
  • Epic experience.
Soft Skills:
  • Effective communication, both written and verbal.
