Position Overview

The Chief Executive Officer will collaborate closely with the Executive team to shape and advance the strategic vision and overall management of Titan Electric Companies. Key responsibilities include developing market strategies, overseeing team dynamics, nurturing client relationships, and managing vendor partnerships. Additionally, the CEO will oversee financial performance and report directly to the Chairman.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work alongside the Chairman and Executive team to establish strategic objectives that align with the goals of the Georgia division.
  2. Oversee engineering and construction operations to ensure project profitability and adherence to company policies.
  3. Manage non-union division operations, including technical guidance, sales, marketing, and administrative functions.
  4. Formulate strategies aimed at increasing profitable revenue streams.
  5. Ensure compliance with the company's operational policies regarding ethics, safety, and customer service.
  6. Engage with existing and prospective clients to foster relationships and enhance revenue and profitability.
  7. Develop and implement marketing initiatives to boost division revenues.
  8. Recruit, train, and motivate personnel within the Georgia division to meet overall objectives.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. Experience in Electrical Construction is essential.
  2. Familiarity with Bid Reviews, Labor Planning, Electrical Units, Estimating Software, and Blueprint interpretation.
  3. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or finance is required.
  4. Previous executive experience in an electrical contracting firm with annual revenues exceeding $50M.
  5. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams.
  6. Proficient in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  7. Exhibit integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to quality and safety.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
