Key Responsibilities

  • Document Analysis: Reviewing and interpreting construction-related documents, including blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establishing and sustaining communication with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and resolve any challenges.
  • Timeline Management: Assisting in the oversight of the project timeline to achieve deadlines and milestones.
  • Progress Discussions: Participating in weekly meetings to review project status and address any concerns.
  • Change Management: Aiding with change orders, Requests for Information (RFIs), and Potential Change Orders (PCOs) to manage project scope modifications.
