Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, treating, and caring for patients with acute and chronic respiratory abnormalities.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with respiratory conditions, including asthma, COPD, and pneumonia
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans
  • Monitor and maintain patient vital signs, including oxygen saturation and respiratory rate
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Respiratory Care
  • Minimum of one year hospital-based experience preferred
  • CRT licensed issued by the National Board of Respiratory Care
  • Hold a current BCLS certificate
  • ACLS, NRP, and PALS may be required within 90 days of hire date
