VP of Retail Financial Analysis

As a key member of the Retail Services Finance team, this leadership role encompasses oversight of the CitiPay and Connected Commerce Portfolio.
In collaboration with management and cross-functional teams, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at fostering profitable growth, enhancing capital returns, and evaluating investment prospects and marketing strategies to drive the strategic expansion of the DLOC and MIL portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic financial leadership in partnership with management and various teams.
- Develop and implement profitable growth strategies and optimize returns across portfolios, investment opportunities, and marketing initiatives.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to enhance profitability across new and existing accounts, products, and promotions.
- Oversee pricing strategies related to new promotions, product launches, and other key initiatives.
- Engage in the preparation of critical financial presentations for senior management and business partners.
- Facilitate communication with partners to align on planning efforts, promotional calendars, growth strategies, and financial reviews.
- Manage business control functions, including RCSA, Sox/EUC compliance, and audit requests.
- Analyze portfolio and product performance, proposing alternative solutions to enhance returns and customer engagement.
- Conduct additional financial analyses as required to support business objectives.
- Lead business planning activities, including Annual Plans, Quarterly Outlooks, and Monthly Business Reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA is highly preferred.
- Over 10 years of experience in financial leadership, preferably within the credit card sector.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in Credit Card and/or Personal Loan Finance is advantageous.
- Strong analytical abilities and cognitive skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Capacity to thrive under tight deadlines in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
This position is primarily based in Atlanta, with occasional travel requirements.
Compensation:
