Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Support the financial planning and analysis team in developing forecasting models to manage our company's finances effectively.
  • Financial Plan Management: Manage and update the company-wide financial plan on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed variance analysis and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.
  • Financial Decision Support: Analyze forecasts compared to the budget, identifying risks and opportunities for accurate financial projections.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Create reports and metrics for financial and operational tracking.
  • Executive Presentations: Assist in key management presentations.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytical roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, including creating complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, and models. Experience in executive-level presentations using PowerPoint. Knowledge of SQL or similar data management systems. Experience in Enterprise Performance Management system administration.
