Role Overview: This position is part of the Retail FP&A team and operates within a hybrid work model.
- 40%: Assist in the planning, forecasting, and management of the field payroll budget and omnichannel strategies, including:
- Payroll forecasting for approximately 1,000 retail stores in the US and Canada.
- Maintaining a field payroll model in collaboration with Retail FP&A and Store Operations.
- Conducting scenario analyses to assess the impact of business decisions on store payroll.
- Building quarterly forecasts for omnichannel sales.
- 40%: Support retail finance functions and deliverables, which include:
- Preparing materials for significant meetings (e.g., Leadership Team meetings, Monthly Business Reviews, Earnings preparation).
- Conducting ad hoc analyses to facilitate strategic decision-making and provide actionable recommendations.
- Evaluating business trends and key performance indicators.
- 20%: Develop monthly store sales incentive plans for all retail locations in the US and Canada, including:
- Analyzing traffic and sales trends to forecast sales plans by store.
- Reviewing monthly store sales performance against incentive targets and calculating employee payouts based on results.
Qualifications:
- Essential:
- Strong business acumen with a background in accounting and finance principles.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 0 - 2 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of accounting concepts and financial statement analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
