Sales Development Representative

Job Summary
The Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation activities through company tools and software, demonstrating a strong understanding of the company's sales process, building relationships, negotiating and closing sales, meeting company sales goals, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational and Sales duties – A few areas of expertise and training will be required
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Negotiating
- Collaborate with various departments within the company
- Maintain relationship with existing customers/handle their needs
- Knowledgeable about company goals/product and services
- Perform special projects as assigned by the CEO as requested
- Ensure that work area and all I-Care and/or client supplied equipment is clean, secure, and well maintained
- Customer management and communication duties as assigned
Performance Measurements
- Sales functions are efficient, effective, and delivered in accordance with company policies, procedures, and with applicable laws
- Sales functions are well coordinated. Good communication exists and assistance is provided as needed
- Sales activities are regularly and effectively reviewed
- Sales personnel are effective, efficient, and optimally utilized. Good communication exists and support is provided as needed
- Officers are appropriately informed of Sales activities and of any significant problems. Suggestions for improved efficiency or effectiveness are provided. Required reports and records are accurate and timely
- The company's professional reputation and service excellence are maintained
Qualifications
- Education/Certification: College Graduate preferred in business or marketing
- Experience Required: No sales experience needed
- Skills/Abilities:
- High energy
- Self-motivated
- Great work ethic
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, presentation and organizational skills
