Sales Development Representative

Job Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation activities through company tools and software, demonstrating a strong understanding of the company's sales process, building relationships, negotiating and closing sales, meeting company sales goals, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational and Sales duties – A few areas of expertise and training will be required
  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
  • Negotiating
  • Collaborate with various departments within the company
  • Maintain relationship with existing customers/handle their needs
  • Knowledgeable about company goals/product and services
  • Perform special projects as assigned by the CEO as requested
  • Ensure that work area and all I-Care and/or client supplied equipment is clean, secure, and well maintained
  • Customer management and communication duties as assigned

Performance Measurements

  • Sales functions are efficient, effective, and delivered in accordance with company policies, procedures, and with applicable laws
  • Sales functions are well coordinated. Good communication exists and assistance is provided as needed
  • Sales activities are regularly and effectively reviewed
  • Sales personnel are effective, efficient, and optimally utilized. Good communication exists and support is provided as needed
  • Officers are appropriately informed of Sales activities and of any significant problems. Suggestions for improved efficiency or effectiveness are provided. Required reports and records are accurate and timely
  • The company's professional reputation and service excellence are maintained

Qualifications

  • Education/Certification: College Graduate preferred in business or marketing
  • Experience Required: No sales experience needed
  • Skills/Abilities:
    • High energy
    • Self-motivated
    • Great work ethic
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, presentation and organizational skills
