Job Description

About the Role

Hilltop Holdings is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the front desk and floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and provide information to staff and clients
* Use computer systems to set up functions, enter data, and process information
* Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining files and processing paperwork
* Observe and obtain information from relevant resources
* Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates
* Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
* Assist with special projects

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
* Ability to listen, understand, and communicate effectively
* Strong organizational and time management skills
