Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Treasury Management Officer II to join our team at Simmons Bank. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for marketing and selling our Treasury Management suite of products to existing and new commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our Treasury Management products to commercial customers, including formal written and oral presentations.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market conditions and trends to stay competitive and identify new business opportunities.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with our Treasury Management support group to ensure seamless on-boarding of new customers.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and continuing education to lenders and retail associates on Treasury Management products.
  • Compliance: Ensure all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of applicable experience in commercial banking or Treasury Management.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to read and interpret financial reports, and proficiency in MS Office programs.
