Key Responsibilities
  • Provide peer counseling and support to patients, drawing on your personal experience and expertise to validate their experiences and promote hope and empowerment.
  • Serve as a mentor to patients, fostering a supportive environment that encourages active participation in their own recovery.
  • Collaborate with the HOST team to ensure patient-centered care, recognizing and respecting each individual's unique perspective, experiences, and preferences.
  • Help patients identify and combat stigma and discrimination associated with substance use and mental health conditions, promoting self-awareness and empowering them to take control of their recovery.

In return for your dedication and expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $17.25 - 19.50 per hour, commensurate with experience.
