Job DescriptionThis position involves providing mental health support and housing resources to clients, working collaboratively with the mental health team and external agencies. You'll manage client caseloads, design and implement housing support interventions, and conduct ongoing psychosocial assessments of clients' goals and needs.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
- Assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Must be an Agency Affiliated Counselor in the State of Washington.
- Certified Peer Support Certification in the State of Washington.
- Valid driver's license, access to a car, and current auto registration.
