LOCATION: WASHINGTON, DC

InfoReliance is seeking a Senior SharePoint Solutions Architect to provide development expertise for our esteemed federal government client. This role is pivotal in enhancing collaboration and office automation services through the Microsoft platform.

As a key player in our team, you will be engaged in multiple initiatives, focusing on the implementation of an enterprise SharePoint solution. This includes defining governance frameworks, gathering requirements, customizing SharePoint sites, and facilitating the transition to SharePoint Online.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Understanding client objectives and mapping out requirements to recommend effective solutions.
  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying SharePoint applications and workflows tailored to business needs.
  • Conducting performance validation through test scripts and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Managing client relationships by providing clear communication on standards and resolving any concerns.
  • Preparing comprehensive technical documentation and collaborating with our Technical Trainer to deliver user training on portal functionalities.
  • Participating in regular status meetings to discuss project progress, priorities, and any performance challenges.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

  • Extensive expertise in SharePoint with a solid background in various versions, including SharePoint Server and Office 365.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience with advanced knowledge of SharePoint technologies.
  • Proficiency in developing custom workflows, dashboards, and SharePoint applications.
  • A strong grasp of UI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Relevant Microsoft SharePoint certifications, with MCSE SharePoint being a significant advantage.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Test-Driven Development.
