Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled individual to take on the role of Lead SharePoint Solutions Architect. This position involves the creation, development, and maintenance of Knowledge Management (KM) systems, including SharePoint sites, databases, and internal web platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and oversee KM systems that facilitate the storage, sharing, and utilization of critical data.
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide effective operational solutions.
  • Enhance information sharing capabilities by managing analysis, assessments, legislative materials, policies, strategies, and other relevant documents.
  • Conduct training sessions for system users, including partners, and provide user documentation as necessary.
  • Integrate KM systems with other databases to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Utilize automated tools and visualizations to improve user access and analysis of information holdings.
  • Develop tailored tools to meet unique office needs, ensuring interoperability with other organizations.
  • Create and sustain virtual communities of interest to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices among teams and partners.
  • Design simulations and exercises to evaluate database readiness and communication channels.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance information exchange across systems and sectors.
  • Maintain an organization-wide repository for instructions, internal process documents, and policy memoranda.
  • Build data repositories that automatically generate visualizations to support analysis and reporting needs.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Top Secret clearance with a recent investigation.
  • This position requires on-site presence; remote work is not an option.

Technical Environment: The role involves working with Microsoft technologies, Linux, Splunk, Ansible, Tenable, and GEMS.
