Key Responsibilities:


- Design and develop innovative applications and tailored solutions within the SharePoint Online environment utilizing Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Dataverse, and User-Centered Design principles independently.


- Gather, refine, and document requirements while enhancing and updating SharePoint sites.


- Identify and implement improvements in information presentation through applications, widgets, workflows, etc.; optimize existing workflows and processes; and automate manual tasks.


- Demonstrate proficiency with SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Flow, PowerBI, Teams, and other Office 365 applications.

- Manage administration tasks such as configuring SharePoint sites and overseeing user permissions.

- Create dashboards and Business Intelligence products based on key performance indicators.

- Engage with clients to collect and document requirements for SharePoint development and modifications.

- Act as a primary liaison for customer feedback on prototypes, user testing, and production software.

- Oversee the administration and security of the Microsoft Power Platform.

- Utilize Power Automate to develop business process flows as necessary.

- Create and maintain reports and dashboards with underlying data using Power BI.


- Collaborate effectively within a team to solve challenges, develop top-tier solutions, and occasionally lead project initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Current active Secret Security Clearance.

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint and SharePoint Online.

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript and jQuery.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio, PowerShell, and the SharePoint Framework.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Work Environment:
This role operates in a professional office setting with a low to moderate noise level. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines are routinely used.


This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office role, and requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to manipulate objects, reach with hands and arms, and communicate effectively.

The workload may necessitate prolonged periods of sitting. The incumbent must be capable of reading, performing basic math calculations, and managing moderate stress levels.

Occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 25 lbs may be required.

Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
