InfoReliance is seeking a Senior SharePoint Consultant to provide development expertise for our federal government client. This role involves delivering comprehensive support for various agencies, focusing on email, collaboration, office automation, eDiscovery, and records management services utilizing the Microsoft platform.

Our current projects include the implementation of an enterprise SharePoint 2013 solution, which encompasses governance model definition, requirements analysis, site customization, and the integration of SharePoint Online. Many sub-agencies are transitioning from older environments and require tailored development and migration assistance to enhance their tools and user experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assess client objectives and map requirements to articulate potential risks and propose delivery strategies.
  • Design, develop, test, and implement SharePoint applications and workflows based on identified business needs.
  • Conduct performance validation through testing and address any identified issues.
  • Maintain customer relationships by providing clear communication regarding standards and frameworks, addressing inquiries, and resolving challenges.
  • Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with our Technical Trainer to create user training materials for portal functionalities and custom solutions.
  • Participate in regular status meetings to discuss project progress, priorities, and future tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Extensive experience with SharePoint, demonstrating a deep understanding of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server versions 2007, 2010, 2013, and Office 365.
  • Proficient in developing custom workflows, Business Intelligence dashboards, and managing site collections.
  • Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Relevant Microsoft SharePoint certifications, with MCSE SharePoint being a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Test-Driven Development.
