CANDIDATE PROFILE:


Experience:
Prior experience in housekeeping is highly preferred.

JOB ESSENTIALS:

- Deliver a clean, safe, and well-kept guest room for all visitors of the hotel.

  • Meticulously clean assigned guest rooms, which includes making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming to meet brand standards.
  • Dispose of waste and recyclables appropriately.
  • Conduct deep cleaning tasks as required.
  • Gather necessary supplies and equipment daily.
  • Attend to guest requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently. Seek assistance when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage guest inquiries and complaints swiftly and thoroughly. Ensure timely follow-up to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality. In cases of dissatisfaction, negotiate solutions in line with established guidelines.
  • Adhere to hotel safety protocols and utilize safety equipment as necessary to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift. Report all incidents and injuries promptly.
  • Keep work areas clean and free of hazards that could impede job performance.
  • Perform any other job-related tasks as assigned.

  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the appropriate uniform and nametag.

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the duties of this position, the role frequently requires standing and walking for the duration of the shift, as well as performing repetitive motions, bending, stretching, reaching, stooping, and pushing up to 20-30 pounds.


Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to meet the business needs of the hotel. Attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is mandatory.
