Job Title: Clinical Scheduling Specialist

USGP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Scheduling Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and performing various administrative tasks to support our clinical team.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments, manage medical records, and perform various administrative tasks to support our clinical team.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical duties as needed.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve exceptional patient satisfaction and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 6 months of medical office experience preferred.
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Red Cross or American Heart Association required.
  • Typing speed of 50 WPM or greater; typing test certificate required.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $42,000 - $47,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
