**The Role**

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining and growing customer relationships to drive insights that impact our business. You'll represent Orica with global customers and key National Account customers, developing proactive and mutually beneficial relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute customer engagement plans to move from reactive to proactive customer needs identification
* Ensure proactive, strategic, and planned customer engagement plans are in place
* Manage market demand planning, competitor analysis, and customer portfolio and contracting strategy
* Project manage tender preparation, submission, negotiation, and contract finalization for major mining, quarrying, and construction customer accounts
* Identify customer needs, define solutions, and execute commercial execution
* Manage Voice of the Customer, Stakeholder program management, and reporting

**Compensation Range**

$120,000 - $130,000 per year

Eligible for annual short-term incentive plan

(Salary to be determined by the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
