Location: New York City & Long Island
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-time, Benefit Eligible

Compensation:

The role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $65,000 to $95,000, along with an uncapped commission structure. Additional benefits include a car allowance and mileage reimbursement for work-related travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive profitability within a specified territory.
  • Identify growth opportunities, maintain existing client relationships, and collaborate with operations to deliver outstanding, customer-centric service.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas in alignment with company standards.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory growth and revenue goals.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the organization's policies, procedures, products, and services.
  • Engage directly with new and existing clients to expand the business through upselling, lead generation, and referrals, while articulating the benefits of our offerings.
  • Demonstrate products or services and assist clients in their optimal application.
  • Promote safety, compliance, and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years.
  • Prior experience in outside sales or service roles.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in sales or services related to healthcare providers.
  • Ability to analyze market potential, plan sales activities, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Familiarity with the sales process.
  • Strong initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making skills to meet organizational objectives and resolve client issues.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of outside sales or service experience in the medical sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing.
