We are in search of an individual who is adept at vendor relations and event organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Engaging with prospective clients and negotiating contracts.
Implementing the overall account strategy to boost revenue across our venues.
Spotting opportunities for revenue enhancement.

The Event Sales Manager will be required to travel to various locations to oversee and coordinate event activities, services, and client requirements to ensure seamless execution of full venue buyouts.

Core Duties:
Manage sales to achieve target objectives by location/market.
Develop and implement quarterly strategies to meet revenue targets.
Analyze sales data weekly, monthly, and quarterly to identify growth opportunities and address challenges with the leadership team.
Maximize the conversion of inbound leads into bookings while enhancing brand perception.
Create BEOs/Orders and confirm event details with clients, negotiating prices when necessary and assisting with menu selections.

Build and maintain new business relationships through networking with concierges, meeting planners, industry professionals, and attending relevant events and conventions.

Maintain and enhance a local network of contacts to facilitate special event bookings and sales.
Ensure continuous communication with clients regarding essential dates and deadlines to provide the restaurant team with necessary information for successful event execution (pricing, cut-off dates, introductions, payment authorization, menu details, guarantees, etc.).
Act as the primary point of contact for full venue buyouts.

Guest Service:
Oversee Call Center operations and SOPs.
Provide guidance and mentorship to Sales Associates and Administrative staff.
Aim for excellence in every event we manage through proactive communication.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in inbound/field sales is required.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in restaurant catering or private dining.
Multi-unit sales experience is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve success.
Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage competing demands effectively.

Ability to assess situations, provide advice, and identify solutions to challenges while considering the interests of all parties involved; develop and implement both short-term and long-term solutions, applying effective problem-solving and decision-making skills to meet business needs.

Proven ability to multitask effectively and deliver accurate, timely results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; adaptable to change.
Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and professional demeanor.
Willingness to work additional hours as needed to complete tasks.
