Job Description
Cavender's is seeking a highly motivated and organized Lead Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Customer Call Center, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery, and providing leadership and guidance to team members.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the e-commerce platform and Order Management System (OMS), applying procedures and processes effectively.

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a results-driven and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities
• Support the operation of the Customer Call Center, ensuring high-quality service is provided to customers at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing the Call Center, following proper procedures to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
• Provide support to CSRs by guiding them through customer-related issues, resolving product concerns, and addressing complex inquiries.
• Coordinate with stores regarding problematic orders, exchanges, and returns, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently.

Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately
• Able to accurately read labels, tickets, and other merchandise documentation
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Able to self-manage time to achieve daily order fulfillment requirements.
