Job Overview
Cavender's is seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Customer Call Center. As a key member of our team, you will ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, assist with complex customer inquiries, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the operation of the Customer Call Center, ensuring high-quality service is provided to customers at all times.
  • Assist with opening and closing the Call Center, following proper procedures to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our e-commerce platform and Order Management System (OMS), applying procedures and processes effectively.
  • Provide support to Customer Service Representatives by guiding them through customer-related issues, resolving product concerns, and addressing complex inquiries.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or call center management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work 8 and/or 12-hour shifts at all hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs frequently throughout shift.

Salary Estimate:$45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
