Role Overview

We are in search of a skilled and seasoned Project Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. The perfect candidate will possess robust leadership skills and a passion for contributing to a fast-paced startup environment, where you will play a pivotal role in steering the development of our diverse product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft comprehensive project plans, outlining milestones to monitor progress and timelines.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for effective project execution, including research, development of promotional materials, design tasks, resource data management, implementation, and community engagement.
  • Ensure timely completion of deliverables within the defined scope.
  • Identify potential risks or obstacles and escalate as necessary.
  • Oversee client request intake through project management tools to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Manage feedback from public site interactions, including bug reports and content requests.
  • Analyze and report on key site metrics.
  • Collaborate with contractors to maintain a resource database.
  • Assist in drafting quarterly reports detailing site metrics and resource management efforts.
  • Facilitate meetings, including note-taking and distribution of follow-up actions.
Required Experience:
  • Proven track record in managing software development projects within an Agile framework, particularly in leading daily stand-ups, iteration planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Proficient in utilizing project management software for planning, execution, and review, including time estimation practices and root cause analysis to enhance team productivity.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, defining and implementing strategies to boost team velocity and output quality.
  • Effectively communicate with management and stakeholders while safeguarding the team from unplanned work influx.
  • Navigate project conflicts, challenges, and evolving business requirements to maintain high operational performance.
  • Collaborate with team leads to resolve project roadblocks and cross-functional challenges.
  • Maintain project data within management software to support accurate estimates and execution.
  • Assist product managers with team dynamics concerning priorities and project scope.
  • Manage additional special projects as assigned.
  • Experience as a SCRUM Master is preferred.

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000. The final salary will be determined based on various factors, including qualifications, relevant experience, specific skills, education level, certifications, and the geographic location of the role. Please note that the compensation details reflect the base salary only and do not encompass bonuses, equity, or benefits.
