Job Summary

At SESLOC Credit Union, we're committed to delivering exceptional financial services to our members. As the Assistant Vice President, Consumer Loans, you'll play a key role in leading our Consumer Loans team and driving our lending strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lending policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the Consumer Loans team in achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional member experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Act as a registered Mortgage Loan Originator, originating Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) loans and providing mortgage-related information to members.
Requirements
  • A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study in business or a related field, plus five to eight years of consumer loan management experience.
  • At least five years of loan underwriting and management experience, with a strong knowledge base of Regulations related to Consumer Loan underwriting, processing, and servicing.
  • Registered with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO), with the ability to maintain annual registration requirements.
