Business Development Manager

Luxury Bath Technologies is a leading provider of high-quality acrylic bath remodeling solutions. We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team.
About the Role: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and conducting market research to analyze sales data and identify trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including setting performance targets and conducting regular performance reviews.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in general construction or remodeling.
- Strong Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service and account management skills.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software.
- Business Development Skills: Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Leadership Abilities: Leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a team.
