Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Part-Time Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new subscribers and driving sales success in multi-family residential properties, communities, and condos through door-to-door activity and in-person events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advocate and educate potential customers about the benefits of Starry Internet, communicating a thorough understanding of our features and services to sell our product.
  • Attend Starry marketing events as needed to promote our brand and services.
  • Identify and pursue potential sales opportunities to achieve revenue goals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, addressing any product, technical, or customer care issues with local teams.
  • Respond to and close sales leads as needed daily.
  • Sell with relevancy and charm, focusing on building strong relationships with customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in door-to-door sales.
  • Positive, upbeat personality with no fear of talking to strangers.
  • Self-motivated, initiative-driven, and problem-solving mentality.
  • Ability to help guide consumer decision-making processes, close sales, and recommend Starry Internet over other providers.
  • Willingness to travel in and around the designated areas.
  • Ability to work scheduled weekday afternoons and evenings (2-8pm) and weekends, with variable schedules as needed.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) fluency is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license and safe driving record are required for this position.
