Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Altru Health. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating outpatients in compliance with licensure standards.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify patient goals and barriers to discharge
- Provide patient-centered care and exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing, and prioritizing workload
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of North Dakota
- Experience working with patients with speech and language disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of speech and language assessment and treatment techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively. The Speech Language Pathologist will be required to sit, stand, and walk frequently, and to lift and carry medium-weight objects.
