Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Partnership Development: Collaborate with vendor partners to develop and execute sales strategies, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide training and support to internal teams, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively sell vendor products and services.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Assume a leadership role on the team, mentoring and guiding Sales Specialists, Inside Sales Reps, and Field Sales to achieve sales goals.
  • Joint Sales Calls: Participate in joint sales calls with D and H sales teams to successfully sell and promote vendor products and services.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with D and H staff to ensure internal support and team members understand and can properly support sales opportunities.
  • Vendor Initiative Management: Maintain consistent communication with all regarding key initiatives pertaining to vendor initiatives to further grow profitable business.
  • Consultation and Education: Provide specialized consultation, education, training, and sales resources to peers and external partners to enable vendor and reseller success.
  • Tactical and Strategic Planning: Create and communicate tactical and strategic initiatives and forecasts aligned with the direction of the organization and vendor objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years' experience in a sales position.
