The finance department is undergoing a substantial transformation, and we are eager to find a high-caliber Senior Financial Planning Analyst to play a key role in this exciting journey.


Position Summary:
The Senior Financial Planning Analyst will report directly to the VP of Finance, providing crucial financial insights, fostering process enhancements, and aiding in strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, particularly within a manufacturing context.


Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance assessments. Deliver actionable insights to inform business strategies.

Reporting & Presentation:
Create and present financial reports to senior leadership, including the VP of Finance and other executives. Clearly communicate complex financial data.

Process Optimization:
Identify and execute process improvements to refine financial reporting and planning functions. Enhance efficiencies and streamline financial operations.

Data Management:
Employ advanced Excel and Hyperion capabilities to manage and analyze financial data. Utilize Power BI for improved data visualization and reporting.


Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including local and global leadership, to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.


Global Engagement:
Collaborate with international teams as necessary to support global financial planning and analysis efforts.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

Skills:
Proficiency in Excel and Hyperion is essential. Experience with Power BI is highly advantageous. Strong communication and presentation skills are critical.

Process Improvement:
Demonstrated success in driving process enhancements and achieving measurable results.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are beneficial.

Global Experience:
International or global experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary:
Target compensation ranges from $95-125k based on experience.

401k: 3% matching at 100%, 4-6% matching at 50%, vested immediately.

Profit Sharing: 3% profit sharing.

PTO:
120 PTO hours per year.
