Position Overview:

As a Senior Logistics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating logistical operations for our clients at both domestic and international locations. You will be an integral part of a larger operations team, ensuring that all logistical needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage logistical assets and requirements for clients across various sites.
  • Develop, assess, and supervise logistics strategies and programs, including the management of materials and equipment for deployments.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of logistical requirements within customer networks, ensuring accurate tracking of assets.
  • Process orders and facilitate timely deliveries to align with operational and client needs.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics, materials management, or supply chain operations.
  • Proven experience in providing direct logistics or engineering support, including planning, coordination, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with database management systems for tracking extensive logistical requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills to gather technical information, calculate data, and present logistics metrics.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Department of Defense acquisition programs and related policies.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive review of contract deliverables.
  • Experience working with military services to validate Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) requirements.
  • Proven ability to assess production challenges and recommend solutions to leadership.
  • Experience in evaluating ILS impacts in configuration management documentation.
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Certification in Logistics or Program Management.
Security Clearance:

Applicants selected for this position will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
