**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Banking Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Business Banking group, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Banking Officers and Business Development Officers to achieve business goals and develop new relationships with businesses in our market area.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of Business Banking Officers and Business Development Officers to achieve business goals and develop new relationships with businesses in our market area.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide education and support to Business Banking Officers and Business Development Officers.
  • Manage a portfolio of business loan relationships, including customer service, credit and collateral files, and monitoring credits for delinquency and deterioration.
  • Provide management with statistical reports, advanced analytical and strategic support as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, rates, and fees, and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Lead, mentor, and provide ongoing support to Business Banking Officers and Business Development Officers to enhance their skills and strengthen the overall talent of the Business Banking Group.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Four to six years of demonstrated progressive experience in business/commercial banking sales.
  • Advanced credit skills/knowledge necessary to evaluate, structure, and manage commercial lending relationships.
  • Superior knowledge of all banking products to develop new credit and deposit relationships.
  • Superior customer support skills to handle complex customer relationships in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills and team-oriented approach.
