Position Overview:

PROJECT ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Engineer, you will provide field service, remote support, and system assembly assistance. Your responsibilities will include completing necessary documentation in a timely manner and representing ISRA VISION to clients on-site.
Your tasks will involve conducting site assessments, performing installations, maintenance, and repairs on vision inspection systems.
Identify commissioning requirements for sites and equipment.
Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and assess the implications of various solutions.
Configure system hardware, software, and network components.
Assemble and integrate systems to ensure operational functionality.
Utilize proactive monitoring techniques to uncover opportunities for problem prevention.
Offer clients a comprehensive overview of installation activities, site-specific details, and access to relevant contacts.
Facilitate customer training sessions and present information effectively to highlight key points.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by clarifying needs and ensuring they are met.
Address customer relations issues promptly and escalate matters as per established protocols.
Communicate objectives and outcomes related to installations and inspection challenges at client locations.
Provide application support to enhance inspection systems.
You will report directly to the Field Operations Manager.

Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent technical training is required.
Prior experience in the automation sector, particularly with machine vision equipment, is preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of independent field installation and troubleshooting experience is necessary.
Familiarity with manufacturing automation components and programmable devices is essential.
Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time is required.
