Job Title: Alarm Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Alarm Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to our security systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex security system issues, including low voltage electronics and electronic security solutions.
  • Perform routine maintenance and configuration changes to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Document all system modifications and technical issues through a digital change control tracking system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion systems, and fire alarms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of IP addressing equipment and Microsoft Office.
