About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Events Manager to join our team at Coloplast. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and event strategies that drive revenue and expand our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the global marketing team to develop and execute marketing and event strategies that drive revenue and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the professional education team to develop, implement, and maintain education programs that provide best-in-class learning opportunities.
  • Manage event expenditure tracking and reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Develop and maintain a calendar of events, ensuring timely and effective communication with attendees and participants.
  • Manage registration, logistics, and budget for various industry meetings and tradeshows.
  • Complete documentation for compliance, including HCP invoices, contracts, and vendor payments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, education, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in marketing, events management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate, organize, and follow up on tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks to accommodate changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and follow-through, with a desire to learn and expand knowledge and experience in marketing communications and event management practices.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, including occasional international travel.
