  • Insurance Education
    • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business.
  • Communication
    • Utilize exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the growth of our business.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Focus
    • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Experience
    • Preferred experience in sales, including outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Licensing
    • Able to obtain a Property and Casualty License.
    • Able to obtain a Life/Health License.
  • Marketing
    • Able to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
    • Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
