- Follow up with customers as needed to provide prompt and accurate service.

- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Insurance Education
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business.
- Communication
- Utilize exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the growth of our business.
- Customer Service Focus
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
- Sales Experience
- Preferred experience in sales, including outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Licensing
- Able to obtain a Property and Casualty License.
- Able to obtain a Life/Health License.
- Marketing
- Able to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
- Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
