Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our global leadership team at ITW Contamination Control. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive people strategy to drive exceptional business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategy: Create and execute a strategic HR plan that aligns with the company's business objectives and supports the growth and development of our global workforce.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with business leaders and other stakeholders to drive the implementation of HR initiatives, including organization design, talent management, employee development, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Drive Safety Initiatives: Support the development and implementation of safety initiatives to drive a zero-accident safety culture across all teams and locations.
  • Apply Business Acumen: Utilize strong business acumen and organizational understanding to develop and execute effective people strategies that support organic growth delivery, operational excellence, and highly effective teams.
  • Develop and Execute Core HR Processes: Develop and execute core HR processes, including talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, and employee relations, consistent with the company's business model, culture, and values.
  • Lead Talent Development and Management: Lead the acquisition, development, and retention of a diverse pipeline of great talent, and develop and deploy a compelling talent management and development framework to ensure succession within the division.
  • Model and Promote Company Culture: Actively and consistently model and promote the company's culture, values, and displays inclusive leadership, while being a critical voice of candor to respectfully challenge business leaders and hold them accountable.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a strong track record of developing and implementing strategic HR plans.
  • Excellent business acumen and organizational understanding, with the ability to drive business results through people strategies.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change initiatives.
  • Ability to apply business acumen to drive safety initiatives and develop effective people strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with business leaders and other stakeholders.
