Minimum Education:

A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum Experience:
10 years of progressive light industrial maintenance experience, or 8 years with a preferred degree, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role overseeing maintenance teams and projects.

Experience Equivalencies:


Five years of demonstrated experience leading maintenance-related project teams will be considered equivalent to one year of supervisory or management experience. Additionally, 10 years of progressive operations management experience may be considered in lieu of light industrial and supervisory experience.


Preferred Experience Includes:
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical power transmission and/or electrical power or machine controls.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement Quality-driven equipment and process improvements.
  • Three years of demonstrated experience leading maintenance-related project teams.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Office and web-based tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with all management levels. Presentation skills are necessary for training and informational sessions.

Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities are required to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to foresee and identify issues, utilizing sound judgment and analytical skills to devise effective solutions. A talent for inspiring a shared vision and motivating a team is crucial.

Demonstrated capacity to build professional relationships, lead diverse teams, and positively influence various groups.

Preferred understanding of mechanical and electrical design, fabrication, and repair practices, particularly in power transmission and conveyor belt applications. Knowledge of motors, motor control methods, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting techniques, PLC, and computer control systems is advantageous.

Experience in troubleshooting and repairing label scanners, along with familiarity with applicable safety codes and the ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematic diagrams, is preferred.

This compensation range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for this role across all potential locations. Actual starting pay will be determined by experience, market level, and other job-related factors.

An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonuses. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay:
$91,114,337.60 per year
