Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team at Prospera at Fiddyment. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and capital improvement needs of our site are met, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the Maintenance Team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Oversee maintenance and capital improvement projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
  • Inspect the property and common areas daily to detect maintenance problems and coordinate repairs
  • Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to ensure the property is well-maintained and safe
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including city officials, financial institutions, and non-profit partners to streamline processes and achieve project goals
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in residential property management
  • Experience in hotel maintenance, facilities maintenance, or construction will also be considered
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, Google Apps, and property management-related software
  • Ability to wear a respirator and have a good driving record
