Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team at our Jaytec facility in Milan, MI. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect parts for quality defects, including open welds, part length, and appearance.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow written work instructions and operator inspection sheets to determine production requirements and part specifications.
- Automotive manufacturing experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
- Good attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Able to work overtime, including weekends as needed.
