Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist

Ceco Door is seeking a highly skilled Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist to join our team. As an EHS Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement safety initiatives to prevent injuries and illnesses
  • Conduct safety training and provide guidance on safety procedures
  • Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions
  • Monitor and report on safety metrics and trends
  • Collaborate with plant management to enhance a safe work environment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a safety-related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of EHS experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in delivering safety-related training
  • Proficient in conducting Job Safety Risk Analysis
  • Certified in First Aid and CPR
  • OSHA 10/30 certification
