Job Summary:

As a Phlebotomy Technician with All Medical Personnel, you will be responsible for collecting and processing blood samples from patients in a fast-paced laboratory setting. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect blood samples from patients using various techniques, including venipuncture and capillary puncture
Label and process specimens according to established procedures
Maintain accurate records of patient information and specimen collection
Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure efficient and accurate testing

Requirements:

Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed
Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting
Reliable transportation with at least 4 years of licensed driving experience and a valid driver's license issued in the state of residence
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
High School Diploma or GED
