Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Medical City Dallas. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will work under the guidance of a Nuclear Medicine Physician to perform various radiographic procedures using isotopes for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general radiographic procedures, including administering pharmaceuticals and radiopharmaceuticals as outlined in Nuclear Medicine Scope of Practice.
  • Utilize various Nuclear Medicine cameras and equipment to capture high-quality images.
  • Work with patients and healthcare teams to ensure accurate and efficient diagnostic procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in radiation safety.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required.
  • ACLS certification must be completed within 6 months of hire.
  • State Registered Radiologic Technician certification.
  • Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB) or Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT)-AART (NM) certification.
  • NMTCB PET Certification preferred.
