- Customer Service Experience: 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including typing and Microsoft Excel.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, with a commitment to 100% customer satisfaction.
